The Audley ADL07K10 60cm Automatic DTF Powder Shaker & Dryer is designed for 24-inch DTF printing systems, providing automated powder application, film transport, powder recovery, and controlled curing in one production-ready unit.
Designed to complement the Audley S8074-3 4-head and S8076-3 6-head DTF printers, the ADL07K10 supports PET transfer film up to 24 inches (600mm) wide and production speeds from 5–30 m²/h.

Automatic DTF Powder Application & Recycling
Automatic powder feeding and controlled distribution reduce the need for manual powder handling while helping maintain a consistent production workflow. Excess powder can be collected and returned to the powder system for reuse, helping reduce material waste.
Three-Zone DTF Curing & Drying System
Thirteen 300W heating tubes across a multi-zone drying tunnel provide controlled heat during curing. Independent temperature settings let operators adjust platform temperature, front guide temperature, and drying temperature, which is adjustable from 100–150°C (212–302°F).
Film Protection & Width Monitoring
A film-width monitoring system helps detect media movement beyond the configured working area, while the film-protection design helps control how heat is applied during drying — particularly useful when processing continuous rolls of PET DTF transfer film.
