At DTF Gears, we are committed to fast, reliable and transparent shipping for all our customers.
Software orders
Cadlink Digital Factory software is available for purchase by customers located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.
Software products are delivered digitally and do not require physical shipping. License details and download instructions are provided after order confirmation.
Physical products — printers, supplies and accessories
All physical products listed on our website — including DTF printers, inks, films, powders, parts and accessories — are shipped within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping for physical items.
Free shipping offer
We offer free standard ground shipping on orders over $299 within the continental United States.
Orders under $299 will be charged standard shipping rates, calculated at checkout.
Order processing and cutoff time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST (3:00 PM EST) on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day.
Orders received after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Business days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Tracking and delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier, but typically range between 2–7 business days for standard ground shipping.
For large equipment shipments, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.
