Complete DTF Powdering & Curing Workflow
1. Automatic Powder Application
The system automatically feeds DTF adhesive powder and distributes it across the printed transfer film. Adjustable powder-feed controls allow operators to configure powder delivery according to the production workflow and media requirements.
2. Controlled Powder Curing
The pre-heat circulation system and two-stage adjustable drying system provide controlled heating designed to melt and cure the hot-melt adhesive powder before the transfer is ready for heat pressing.
3. Continuous Film Transport
A mesh-belt transport system moves the DTF film through the powdering and drying stages, while the integrated paper collection system helps manage excess powder and production debris.
Built-In Triple-Stage Air Filtration
A built-in filtration system helps filter particles and reduce odors generated during DTF powdering and curing:

Adjustable Drying System
Six 300W heating tubes combine pre-heat circulation with two-stage adjustable drying. Platform temperature is 167°F (75°C) and drying temperature is adjustable from 194–248°F (90–120°C), giving operators control over the powder-curing process for different production requirements.
Automatic Powder Feeding
The powder-feed rate can be adjusted according to production requirements, with an auto-feed setting of ≥40% recommended per the supplied specifications. Proper powder selection and application settings should be determined based on the specific film, adhesive powder, printer output, and desired transfer characteristics.
PLC Control System
PLC programming provides centralized management of powdering, heating, film transport, and other machine functions, with an integrated emergency stop for production environments.
