Once the printhead has been installed or exposed to ink, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final after installation or use.

- Defects resulting from the use of non-original or incompatible ink
- Clogged, missing, or deviated nozzles

- Defects resulting from failure to perform required periodic maintenance according to the manufacturer's documentation
- Damage resulting from operation for unintended purposes
- Damage caused by improper media loading or handling
- Defects, failures, or damage that are not considered manufacturing defects
- Issues caused by third-party applications, software, parts, components, or peripheral devices, including bulk ink systems
- Cosmetic defects that do not affect the functional performance of the printhead
