3C + 3W Printhead Configuration

Three printheads are dedicated to color channels and three to white ink, creating a production-oriented architecture designed to support high-speed CMYK + White DTF printing — suited to businesses producing large quantities of apparel transfers, gang sheets, custom garments, and wholesale DTF transfers.

The film-feeding and splicing device connects a new roll of DTF film to the existing roll, reducing the need for a complete manual roll change between production runs — particularly useful for longer print jobs and larger quantities of transfer film.

Mechanical Ink Station & Touchscreen Control

A mechanical ink station supports ink delivery and printhead maintenance across all six printheads, while the integrated touchscreen provides operators with a centralized interface for machine operation and monitoring. Regular cleaning, maintenance, and appropriate ink handling remain essential for print quality and printhead performance.
